How do I find my driver?
After immigration and baggage claim, walk out of the terminal. Your driver will be waiting with a sign with your name. As soon as you land, message us on WhatsApp at +1 (829) 641-1139 or call (829) 216-0848 before taking any other transportation. We also send you a photo of your driver on WhatsApp, so you know exactly who to look for.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We work with your flight number and track it in real time. If your flight is delayed, we wait for you, at no extra charge. If your flight changes, message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at +1 (829) 641-1139 with your new time as soon as possible and we will adjust your pickup. Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before your pickup time.
Do you have child seats?
Yes. Child seats cost US$10 each and are not included in the transfer price. Add them when you request your quote so they are ready in the vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
All your luggage is included, at no extra cost. Traveling with golf bags, surfboards or strollers? Tell us when you book so we send the right vehicle.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. The price covers your whole private group and includes tolls, flight tracking and waiting time. No hidden fees.
How do I pay?
You pay online when you book, with PayPal or any debit or credit card. The payment is encrypted and processed by PayPal, so we never see your card details, and you get your receipt by email. Prices are final, with no hidden fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or taking other transportation without contacting us first are non-refundable. Read the full policy.
